The Process

Here’s how the process of showing up for your service happens. First, you enter via Brickfield Road if you can. If you arrive between 7am and 9am, a valet will greet you and take care of your car while you collect your complimentary coffee. If you show up after 9am, reception will check you in. With prior arrangement, we offer complimentary loan car options while your car is being serviced.  We also have a shuttle bus on-site which can provide you with a lift at regular scheduled times.

If you’d prefer to wait for your car, our air-conditioned lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi so that you can keep on-track with important tasks. After your service, we’ll wash and vacuum your car at no additional cost, and send you a video from our technician recapping your service.
