   2.1 The Aspley Mazda “BT-50 SP Car Giveaway” commences on Sunday, 16th February 2025 and ends on Wednesday, 30th April 2025. 2.2 Participants must complete the required actions to enter: a. Tag at least three friends in the comments section of the giveaway post. d. This form will be communicated via social media, email marketing, website, and other forms of marketing. e. 3. _{Prize
   3.1 The prize consists of a 2025 Mazda BT-50 SP (valued at RRP $76,367) provided by Aspley Mazda. 3.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.}
4. _{Winner Selection and Notification
   4.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. 4.2 The draw will take place in the first week of May 2025. 4.3 The winner will be notified within seven days via the following communication channels: telephone, email, or social media. The winner must respond within seven days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected. 4.4 The winner must provide proof of identity, age, and residency to claim the prize. 4.5 The winner’s details (last name, first initial, postcode) will be published on social media within 30 days.}
5. _{Prize Collection
   5.1 The winner must collect the car from Aspley Mazda, located at 1441-1461 Gympie Road, Aspley QLD 4034, within 30 days of being notified. 5.2 The winner is responsible for all costs associated with picking up the vehicle, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs. 5.3 The winner is responsible for insurance and any other fees associated with the vehicle after receiving it.}
6. _{Publicity
   6.1 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 6.2 The winner agrees to public announcements via social media, email marketing, and advertising once they have been drawn.}
7. _{Unclaimed Prize Draw
   7.1 If the prize is not claimed by the successful entrant within 14 days, a redraw will be made. The new winner will be drawn at random. 7.2 The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven days. 7.3 The winner of the re-draw’s details (last name, first initial, postcode) will be published on social media within 30 days.}
